Lead Investigator Michael Zullo
I called Michael Zullo, the head of Sheriff Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse, on Sunday afternoon to invite him to appear on RC Radio tomorrow night. He accepted and seemed eager to come on the show. That was until he talked to his boss Jerome Corsi. I knew that things were going south when Zullo copied Jerome Corsi on an email reply to me. It seems that Zullo is taking his marching orders from Corsi. When I sent the details of the show to Mr. Zullo he immediately asked if I wanted to invite Dr. Corsi to appear with him. Why would I want to invite a journalist to appear with someone who was supposed to have headed up an impartial investigative body? I wanted to hear Mr. Zullo’s story and not from someone who has been trying to profit on the Birther issue for three years. I agreed to let Corsi participate but only after I had at least a 30 minute interview with Zullo. It would seem that Michael Zullo doesn’t make a move without consulting his puppet master Jerome Corsi. Mr. Zullo has now backed out of his commitment.
I can understand that Jerome Corsi would want to duck tough questions. He is out to make money on his pathetic books filled with lies that he cannot defend. He is fully aware of that and chooses safe venues like the Alex Jones program. However, Michael Zullo is a quasi-public official. The Cold Case Posse operated “in the public interest” and under the color of authority of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. Mr. Zullo should be willing to stand up and defend his credentials, his investigation, and his conclusions. Apparently, he is not.

Questions for Michael Zullo Concerning the Cold Case Posse
- Could you briefly describe the mission of the Cold Case Posse?
- Sheriff Arpaio said that he created the CCP because 250 members of the Surprise AZ Tea Party questioned the authenticity of the President’s birth records. Do you agree that should be the basis for an official government investigation?
- Please briefly describe your background and qualifications to lead the CCP.
- Who were the other members of the CCP?
- Did you contact any officials at the White House or the State of Hawaii as part of your investigation?
- Did you attempt to obtain verification as an official government body of the place of the President’s birth under Hawaii statute 338-18(g)(4) that allows government attorneys to seek official verification of vital records information for purposes of legal proceedings. If so what was the response?
- Did you attempt to contact anyone at Fact Check who had viewed the Obama COLB in 2008?
- Were any of the “experts” you consulted certified forensic document examiners?
- Did you contact Ivan Zatkovich, Neal Krawetz, Jean-Claude Trembley, or John Woodman as part of the investigation? If not why not? Did you pick only “experts” who support a conclusion you had already reached?
- Did you contact any of the reporters who were at the White House briefing on April 27, 2011 who handled a paper document? That would include WND’s own reporter Les Kinsolving.
- What part did Jerome Corsi play in the formation of the CCP, the investigation, and the final report?
- Who is the narrator on the videos? Is it a Tea Party member and Obama critic Mark Gillar?
- Why is the interim report being sold instead of being published on the MCSO web site? Who is receiving the proceeds? Are you directly receiving a portion of the proceeds from the sales?
- The preliminary report seems to have been coped almost verbatim from World Net Daily articles that appeared over six months ago and from Jerome Corsi’s book. Why is that?
- You implied at the press conference that one “layer” in the pdf consisted only of the green security paper background. That is not true. Most of the form is also contained in that layer.
- Can you explain how a human would assemble the nine layers in the pdf you’ve identified? The layers seem to be random parts of the document? Why would a forger do that?
- What role did Mara Zebest play in the investigation and in writing the interim report? She is a well-documented Obama critic.

Apparently Mr.Zullo has Mr. Corsi’s hand so far up his ass as to disconnect what brain cell still lives – to operate Zullo’s mouth.

I suppose they realized that their publicity stunt didn’t get them as far as they had hoped, so now it’s CYA time.
In fact, I predict this “preliminary report” was the last we’ll ever hear from Arpaio’s gang. With any future statement, they’ll inevitably invite questions such as “who did you turn over your evidence to?”.
I have said this before and I’ll say it again. I really feel tempted to surgically remove the terminal vowel from my surname. I am personally humiliated that so many Birthers are Italian… and not the smarter ones.
It could be worse. You could be of Jewish ancestry, and thus connected to Berg and Taitz. Count your blessings and banish the guilt!

This is a OPEN criminal investigation of fraud and forgery. Not all information can be disclosed.
If that is true John then why go public at all? Not only did they go public but Jerome Corsi and Mike Zullo are selling the interim report for profit. Have you ever heard of such a thing in a “criminal investigation”? No John it is a sham, a publicity stunt, and it just reeks.
If it is open, then Arpaio is more if an incompetent then we originally thought. No investigator who knows what they are doing will release “preliminary” results in an ongoing matter. It’s just not done.
As RC said, this is a sham, a publicity stunt. My guess is Arpaio thinks he can use this as leverage against the DOJ in its investigation of him. If so, he will soon find that he is mistaken.

Nothing will come of it, no criminal investigation will ever be done because there is no evidence to warrant an investigation.

The Andrew Beitbart/Jerome Corsi/Joseph Farah Murder Connection
It is no secret that Andrew Breitbart and Joseph Farah did not see eye to eye on the birther issue. In 2010 at a CPAC conference in Nashville, TN. Breitbart criticized Farah after he spoke at the rally for nearly thirty minutes, devoting ten of those minutes to the eligibility issue. This argument later moved out into halls where the argument continued.

As you can plainly see, Breitbart was very much against the birther issue and characterized the birther movement as, “It’s self-indulgent, it’s narcissistic, it’s a losing issue.” They also personally attacked eachothers journalistic practices and even personal insults.
Just two weeks before the Arpaio CCP “findings” were released, Joseph Farah even wrote an article discussing that very same argument that he had with Breitbart.

I think many of us know that Breitbart wasn’t the kind to go back on an a position he had taken on a particular issue. In fact, while he has posted articles by people who question Obama’s eligibility, but to date not a single Breibart website (any of them) posted a single article that actually questioned his eligibilty. Not one.
So, when WND started posting articles that Breitbart was in contact with Sheriff Arpaio “hours before his death,” it got me thinking. When asked about thier conversation, he can’t remember what was discussed and even says he forgot about him because “so many called,” that day. He does however admit that the phone call was set up by Jerome Corsi, in an interview with the Alan Stock Radio show. This is while he is claiming that his thirty years working in a federal capacity has somehow made him aware that you have to “watch your back,” and he jokes, “am I a jynx,” when talking about Breitbart’s timely death just hours after their conversation.

What if what we have here is a group of individuals who are so commited to their cause that they are willing to eliminate a high profile target like Breitbart to rally conspiracy minded people around their issue?
WND was placing a tremendous amount on this CCP investigation. It was clearly a Jerome Cosri/WND production from top to bottom, and unless they could get media outlets, especially those considered to be more credible in conservative circles, the whole thing would come off as a publicity stunt. They need Breitbart and his websites. He was essential to them getting out the message.
Breitbart has never been a freind to WND or the birther movement. He was an obstacle. His death would be high profile and it would only take minutes for people to start pointing fingers at the White House.
The person(s) who had the most to gain from the death of Andrew Breitbart was not the President. His death didn’t stop the tapes from being released and didn’t prevent the Sheriff from releasing his report. However, WND stands to gain alot of support amongst those who frequented Breitbart’s sites but stayed away from Farah’s. His death even seems to give their story some credibility, in the conspiracy minded indvidual of course.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you the motive.

Michael Zullo needs to get a real job…..and his background is very sketchy…..he doesnt even own his own home, and looks like he has lived off his parents money for most of their lives….he is not even a real publicaly paid detective, and probably was only a policeman for about a year…..

Why are the college records, of a 51-year-old President of the United States, so important to keep secret? I think I know the answer.
If anyone should have questions about Obama’s record at Columbia University, it’s me. We both graduated (according to Obama) Columbia University, Class of ’83. We were both (according to Obama) Pre-Law and Political Science majors. And I thought I knew most everyone at Columbia. I certainly thought I’d heard of all of my fellow Political Science majors. But not Obama (or as he was known then- Barry Soetoro). I never met him. Never saw him. Never even heard of him. And none of the classmates that I knew at Columbia has ever met him, saw him, or heard of him.
But don’t take my word for it. The Wall Street Journal reported in 2008 that Fox News randomly called 400 of our Columbia classmates and never found one who had ever met Obama.
LIAR. Numerous people remember him at Columbia. You just LIE and LIE and LIE and LIE and LIE and LIE. You never went to Columbia; I checked. You’re just a stinking LIAR. Period.
