Why Lyin’ Carl Gallups may be the worst birther in the world.
Capt. Charles Tuttle, MD, US Army (Ret)
I believe that Carl Gallups is an evil man. That much should be obvious from the first seven parts of this series. It is fair to say that there is not a single thing that he says that I would believe without verifying. This is what makes him so contemptible. He pretends to be a man of God and then spouts outrageous lies with a self-righteous attitude that drips with condescension. And honestly, I have not even scratched the surface of his reprehensibility. To me, he represents everything that is wrong with the extreme right.
I encourage you to go beyond this series of articles and do your own research. You will find that he a climate change denier, a creationist, and a fear monger. Lately, he has been spreading the word that the “Affordable Care Act” is an unmitigated disaster for the country. Now, I am not here to debate the merits of the Affordable Care Act, but it is based on sound economic principles. Rather, the point is that although there have been problems with the roll-out; the Act itself has only been effect for three months. It is way too early to tell what the long term results will be. He also called it wealth redistribution, which demonstrates a complete lack of understanding of the principles behind insurance or an intent to deceive his listeners.
You will also find that he egomaniac. Recently, I heard him actually state that his book “The Magic Man in the Sky” proved the existence of God. Further, the book supposedly proved creationism. Gallups has no background in science. Why he believes that he is qualified to write a single word about the scientific basis of evolution or creationism is reflective of ego. As an aside, he also claimed that the biological analysis contained in the book had been “peer reviewed” by experts and he was told that he was absolutely correct. No one knows these so called experts or seen any reports. So Carl is either lying again or the experts were handpicked among likeminded people and we have already seen the quality of people that Carl considers to be experts.
Currently, he is claiming that God is using his failed book; “The Rabbi who found Messiah” is being used by God to do miraculous things in Israel. If you listen to him, he is single handedly responsible for converting the entire nation of Israel to Christianity. I laugh every time he says that he is humbled by the fact that Christ is using him in this way. Nothing humbles Gallups. Even his interview style puts himself first.
I have lost count of the number of times that I have heard him say to the audience that he would let a guest tell a story in his own words, then proceed to tell the guest the story and ask him to correct him if he is wrong. Shockingly, the guest never corrects Gallups.
His arrogance allows him to call people who believe in science fools, especially evolutionists. Further, he is a master at twisting words. For example, during Bill Nye’s evolution debate with Ken Hamm, Nye stated that he could be persuaded if he saw evidence that he was wrong. Shortly thereafter, ppsimmons posted a video on YouTube boldly proclaiming that Bill Nye Admits Deep-time Evolution is Wrong – His Own words! If you take the time to watch the video, Bill Nye does not appear and did not admit anything. Rather, the video presents information, from its perspective, that it says supports its position and then assumes that it is, in fact, evidence that would convince Nye that his position was wrong. This is both arrogant and disingenuous
Gallups is also incredibly insecure about his positions despite his arrogance and ego. There is no other explanation for his bombastic statements about being vindicated, 1000% forgery, and the fact that he wants his show to be an echo chamber despite his weekly pronouncements that he wants to hear from you “even if you disagree” with him. This also shows up in how thin skinned he is. He simply cannot stand criticism and is intolerant of anything that he perceives as making him look bad.
Recently, he appeared on the David Pakman show to plug one of his books. Following that interview, where he was stumped by Pakman’s questions, he put out a series of videos specifically designed to make Pakman look bad. See Carl Gallups Baffles David Pakman! PAKMAN CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH and David Pakman Can’t Handle The Truth! Carl Gallups Throws Him for a Tizzy. I especially like it when he claims that he provided Pakman with indisputable evidence about the truth of the Bible. Assuming that Carl knows the meaning of the word indisputable, he is lying again, but that is a big assumption. He even had someone post at the Many Lies of Mike Zullo and Carl Gallups under the screen name ppsimmons to attack me and the page. I found it amusing.
This is completely consistent with the attacks by his minions on anyone who dares to give his books a bad review and the banning of posters to various websites and blogs. Personally, I do not ban anyone from my page unless they are spamming the page. As I have said previously, the reason that I do not ban is that I am absolutely confident in my position and have nothing to fear from birthers. Apparently, Gallups does not have that same confidence.
Gallups put himself in the public eye, both by being an outspoken birther and a published author. He should expect that he will be questioned, mocked and attacked for his positions.
It is always a question about how much a birther actually believes of the birther nonsense. Based on the number of outright, provable lies that Gallups tells on a regular basis, I believe that Gallups hates the President but he does not actually believe that the President is not eligible. I believe that he has an agenda. What that agenda is subject to debate. Gallups is evil. In my opinion he is the most evil of the birthers, at least the most evil of the public. There is a person who acts behind the scenes who is birther, who mostly, but not always hides in the shadows. Right now I am doing research into a series of articles about him. I will simply give you this hint: What do Carl Gallups, Larry Klaymann, Jerome Corsi and Justice Moore have in common? Is it a coincidence or is it incestuous?
